ABOUT
  • My Background

Before i graduated in 1999 with a degree in Graphic Design I realized that the Web was quickly becoming a space that needed designers. I began studying HTML on my own so that i could publish my portfolio. I soon found myself working for a transaction software company in Norcross Georgia with a dual role creating web sites for marketing and crafting user interfaces for the product team. The designer/developer theme continued throughout the rest of my career as well as my strive to learn new technologies and User experience advancements. I have always liked a challenge and have rarely shied from an initiative. From this, I have developed a strong desire to see results and to know what works.

  • What I've Learned

In my experience, i have learned that great work comes out of getting ideas down quickly, taking criticism well and giving credit away. This is key in working with others in an Agile/RAD environment. It's important to listen well, take interest and be adamant about showing respect for all professions.
